When you have already put away all the dishes from your dishwasher, only to find the soap dish hadn't deployed as expected ... all you can do is give your dishes, glasses and cutlery a discreet rinse before using them for the next few days.

Note: if your dog licked the dishes before they went into the dishwasher, cancel all meals and eat out until everything in your drawers and cupboards has been rewashed.
